Our comprehensive levels of Service and Maintenance agreements are designed to work around you and your business needs to meet critical response times and service level agreements. These can include routine planned preventative maintenance inspections and rapid response for critical failures.


You will be assigned a dedicated Service Account Manager who will be your point of contact.

Gold - Silver - Bronze

Our tiered Service and Maintenance contracts are as follows:


  • Gold – Fully Inclusive – Parts and Labour

  • Silver – Labour Only – Parts Chargeable

  • Bronze – Labour and Parts Chargeable


All contracts can include Planned Preventative Maintenance visits, typically once or twice a year subject to the environment of hardware.


Alternatively, we can offer a dedicated site-based engineer upon request.
